You can cook soup using different broths, which means that everyone will be able to choose the most suitable option for themselves. In addition, you can make dumplings themselves not only from dough, but also from vegetables, meat, etc. An important tip - do not make them large, because during cooking they increase in size.

If there is already cooked chicken stock in the refrigerator, then the cooking time will be significantly reduced. This soup diversifies the menu of many housewives, and it is very easy to prepare it.
For cooking you need to take the following products :
- 300 g chicken;
- 4 potatoes;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- herbs and spices.
- First, rinse the meat thoroughly and place it in a pot of water. Send greens and various roots there. When the meat is cooked, put it on a plate;
- In the broth that should be boiling, put potatoes, chopped in any way;
- Chop the onion into cubes and grate the carrots. After that, fry everything in oil. When the potatoes are half cooked, you can add onions and carrots;
- Now let's figure out how to cook dumplings for soup. Beat the egg and add flour to it. Mix everything well, salt and pepper. If you want an airy dough, add a small piece of butter. The consistency should be like thick sour cream;
- Dip a teaspoon in boiling water, scoop up the dough and form a dumpling with another spoon, which is sent to the soup. Use up all the dough in this manner;
- Cook the soup for 15 minutes. on minimal heat. Add the sliced meat to the pot and serve the chopped herb soup.

Thanks to the use of dry mushrooms, the dish is very aromatic. We will make dumplings from potatoes, which will add tenderness.
For this recipe you need to take the following products :
- 0.5 kg fresh and gorsdry dead mushrooms;
- 3.5 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- herbs, spices;
- 280 g potatoes;
- 110 g flour.
- First, boil potatoes in their uniforms. Pour dry mushrooms with 2 liters of water and cook the broth for about 30 minutes;
- Peel fresh mushrooms, wash and dry with a paper towel, then cut them into small slices;
- Cut the onion into medium-sized cubes and chop the carrots. Saute vegetables lightly in hot oil. Chop the greens well;
- Let's figure out how to make potato dumplings for soup. Grind pre-cooked tubers in a blender or grater. Put 2 tbsp. spoons of pre-softened butter, salt, pepper and an egg. Shift everything and, adding flour in portions, make the dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands. Make sausages from the dough and cut them into small pieces;
- Put mushrooms in broth and cook for 20 minutes. By the way, dry mushrooms can be left in the soup or removed;
- Send the dumplings to the pan, mix gently and cook for another 7 minutes. Then add the prepared vegetables and salt. Boil and turn off the heat after a minute. Serve with chopped herbs.

This first course contains different vegetables, but dumplings are made from liver, which gives the soup an original taste. The right herbs will give you an incredible scent.
For cooking, you must take the following products :
- chicken offal;
- 280 g tomatoes;
- parsley root;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of oil;
- a couple of eggs;
- chicken liver;
- 5 art. tablespoons of flour, salt and herbs.
- For the first giblets, you first need to rinse them, and then pour 2 liters of water and start cooking. When everything boils, remove the foam and send a couple of peppercorns and roots there;
- Put 1 tbsp in the pan. a spoonful of oil and simmer the tomatoes, previously cut into small cubes. After that they need to be rubbed through a sieve;
- Strain the broth, boil and send the cabbage into it, divided into inflorescences. Cook for 15 minutes;
- Let's move on to the dumplings, for which cut the liver into small pieces and rub it with the yolks and the remaining butter. Then send the whipped egg whites there. Add flour in portions and make a thin dough. Using a teaspoon, place the dumplings in a saucepan. Do not forget to moisten it in cold water after each time;
- Cook soup until dumplings come up. Add salt, pepper and tomatoes.

To prepare about 6 servings, you should take these products :
- 350 g chicken legs;
- 2 onions;
- 400 g potatoes;
- 3 processed cheese;
- 0.5 tbsp. flour;
- 2.5 tbsp. spoons of milk;
- salt, pepper, herbs;
- 2.5 liters of water.
- Pour the chicken with water, put the onion to it, add salt and cook for 2 hours. Then discard the onion, remove the chicken and put the potato pieces into the pan;
- To prepare dumplings for the soup, you need to combine milk, egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything, add flour in portions and knead the dough, such as for pancakes;
- When the potatoes are ready, soak a teaspoon in water, add the dough and send it to the pan. Put the chopped cheese there and stir constantly until it dissolves;
- Chop the onion and fry it in oil, along with the carrots. Send the prepared vegetables to the pan;
- Separate the meat from the bones, cut it into small pieces, and then send it to the soup. It remains to put chopped greens, boil for another 6 minutes. and can be served.

This recipe requires the following products :
- 7 chicken wings;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;

- Boil the wings in a saucepan, and then put them out and separate the meat from the bones;
- Cut vegetables into a medium dice and place in a saucepan to simmer;
- To make a dough, beat an egg and mix it with sour cream, flour and salt. As a result, the mass should be soft;
- Form a sausage, cut into equal pieces, which must be fried in oil until crusty. Put them in soup, salt, add pepper, spices and chopped herbs. Serve with sour cream.

This first course is considered dietary and light, so you can eat it without worrying about your figure. It will take a little time to cook, about half an hour.
For this recipe, take the following ingredients :
- 2 l chicken stock;
- 50 g of hard cheese withmouths;
- clove of garlic, dill and spices.
- Chop the onions with carrots and then fry them until soft;
- Grate the courgette, mix it with the egg and chopped garlic. Don't forget to add salt and pepper;
