Moreover, pumpkin is not only useful, but also very affordable product in terms of its price policy, which, you see, is also very pleasing.
By itself, this fruit is not whimsical, and it is very difficult to find latitudes in which this culture would not be grown. Therefore, almost every kitchen in the world has at least one pumpkin dish.

Take a medium sized pumpkin, separate the flesh from the skin and cut the center of the fruit into cubes. Pour about 3 cm of water into a shallow saucepan or wog. The cubes should be large enough so that the water does not cover them completely when stewing.
After you have dipped the pieces of this fruit into a container of water, sprinkle everything with sugar and cover.

Pumpkin cut into slices, the peel can be separated after boiling, so it will be faster to bring to readiness in a small amount of water. The oven heats up to 185 degrees. Place the pieces of fruit in a baking sheet with high sides. Pour about 3 cm with water. Sprinkle with sugar. Make sure that the sugar dissolves in the water and does not lie on the pumpkin slices, otherwise everything will burn.
Cooking time 30-35 min. After you have taken out the baking sheet, you can add a little honey and dried fruit on top. Bon appetit!
You don't need to peel or chop anything for this dish. It is enough just to cut off the top part, you get something like a pot with a lid.
Use a sharp knife to punch a few holes in the pulp, then add sugar or sugar syrup inside.

- 150 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 150 g sour cream;
- 35 g butter;
- salt to taste.
- Pour milk into a saucepan and boil the pumpkin;
- Mash the prepared pulp into the puree, add cottage cheese, egg, salt;
- In a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, placethe resulting mixture and bake in the oven at 185 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
Pumpkin dessert with apples
To prepare this dish you will need the following components:
- 600 g pumpkin pulp;
- 450 g fat-free sour cream;
- 4 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- 3 medium sized apples;
- 2 egg whites;
- raisins, cinnamon, walnuts.
- Put chopped pumpkin pulp into a greased baking dish;
- Put on low heat and stir until cooked until all the pumpkin juice evaporates;
- After that, add powdered sugar and sliced apples to the whites pre-whipped with a mixer;
- Pour the mixture over the pumpkin and add the cinnamon, raisins and nuts. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
For cooking you will need:
- 800 g pumpkin pulp;
- 750 g of nuts at your discretion;
- 400 g granulated sugar;
- Peel the fruit and cut into cubes. Place in a saucepan, cover with water and add sugar;
- Simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. Roast the nuts in the oven;
- After the pumpkin is ready, wait until it cools down, pour the caramel syrup on top, which was obtained during the cooking process, and add the nuts. Serve cold.
