  • 2 egg whites;
  • raisins, cinnamon, walnuts.

Preparation:

  1. Put chopped pumpkin pulp into a greased baking dish;
  2. Put on low heat and stir until cooked until all the pumpkin juice evaporates;
  3. After that, add powdered sugar and sliced ​​apples to the whites pre-whipped with a mixer;
  4. Pour the mixture over the pumpkin and add the cinnamon, raisins and nuts. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Caramelized Pumpkin

For cooking you will need:

  • 800 g pumpkin pulp;
  • 750 g of nuts at your discretion;
  • 400 g granulated sugar;
  • water.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the fruit and cut into cubes. Place in a saucepan, cover with water and add sugar;
  2. Simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. Roast the nuts in the oven;
